Job Position: Female Sales Representative (Front Office & Client Engagement)

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • A smart, confident, and highly presentable Female Sales Representative to serve as the face of its Victoria Island office.
  • This is more than a front desk role. You will be the first point of contact for clients, training participants, and business visitors, while actively supporting sales and customer engagement initiatives.
  • We're looking for someone whose professionalism, confidence, and communication skills inspire trust from the moment clients walk through the door.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Serve as the company's first point of contact at the Victoria Island office.
  • Promote the company's engineering solutions and technical training programmes.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and convert prospects into clients.
  • Manage walk-in enquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare quotations, maintain customer records, and support sales reporting.
  • Coordinate with the Business Development team to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure the reception and client engagement area reflects the company's premium brand.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or related roles.

Skills:

  • A polished, professional, and well-groomed appearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
